Please note we only take orders online. At the moment we do not currently have a telephone order service.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.

Currently we deliver to the UK only. We dispatch every day Monday to Friday and normally your Lazydogz will leave the same day if you order before 1pm. We send our goods individually by Royal mail First Class service so if you order more than one item they will arrive separately and not always on the same day.

No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note. You can (if you like) let us know why you are sending back the item by filling in and sending us the returns form enclosed with your purchased product. If you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

If product(s) you purchased are damaged or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects, please contact Customer Service via email at the email address(es) noted below. If you believe that the Lazydogz products you purchased are defective with regard to materials and workmanship within 3 months of the date of purchase, please email: info@lazydogz.co.uk with the following information: • Order number (in subject line) • A short description of issue • Pictures clearly displaying the issue • Shipping address for any repairs/replacement product (if changed from original shipping address) Please note that this warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal storage, alterations, repairs, improper fit, or improper or unreasonable use. This warranty doesn’t affect your rights under applicable law regarding the sale of consumer goods. If you purchased your product(s) from a retailer, please contact them directly for information on any warranty they may offer.

Our products are not designed as washable and we recommend sponge clean and natural drying only.
