Do we make half sizes?
Some Lazy Dogz styles are available in half sizes, while others are only available in whole sizes. Please refer to our sizing guide page for the most accurate sizing information.
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account allows you to view your order history, track your purchases and enjoy a quicker checkout experience on future visits.
Do you have a shop at Head Office?
No. Our showroom is available for trade customers only and is not open to the general public.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a generous 90-day returns policy. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with the original packaging where possible.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
What currency do you accept?
All prices on our website are displayed and processed in GBP (£).
Where do I send my returns?
UK customers can use the prepaid returns label included with their order. A £2.50 returns charge will be deducted from refunds when this service is used.

If your footwear was purchased from another retailer, you'll need to contact them directly regarding returns, refunds or warranty enquiries, as your contract is with the retailer that sold the product.
