Returns Policy
Lazy Dogz offer a generous 90-day returns policy. Any order can be returned to us for a refund or size exchange, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.

Free UK Exchanges
We’ll cover return postage and the cost of sending your replacement pair.
Prepaid UK Label
A prepaid returns label is included inside your parcel.
UK Returns
Inside your parcel you will find a prepaid returns label.
Pack Securely
Package your item securely in the original shoe box, with any tags intact.
Include Details
Include your name and address, order number, and a note confirming whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Attach Label
Attach the prepaid returns label from your parcel. Refunds using this label have £2.50 deducted to cover return postage.
Post Office
Take it to your local Post Office. Please obtain proof of postage and keep it safe until your return has been processed.
Condition Requirements
Any order can be returned for a refund or size exchange, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
- Items must not be marked, damaged or dirty.
- Tried on indoors only, preferably on a carpeted surface, before wearing outside.
- Returned in the original shoe box with any tags intact.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 28 days during busy periods, although most refunds are completed much sooner.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
£2.50 returns charge: If you request a refund using the prepaid returns label, £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return postage.
Exchanges
Need a different size? UK exchanges are completely free. We’ll cover both the return postage and the cost of sending your replacement pair.
If we’re unable to fulfil your requested exchange, we’ll issue a refund instead.

If no instructions are included, we will automatically process a refund, less the £2.50 returns charge.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- International orders cannot be exchanged.
- Items must be returned for a refund before a new order is placed.
